Use this service request to report the condition of City sidewalks or accessibility (ADA) ramp issues. If you are requesting sidewalk repair, please continue. The city will complete a sidewalk condition survey. Please use new service request type: Shared Cost Sidewalk Program Request, if you are applying for the Shared Cost Sidewalk Program that opens to new applicants on January 7, 2020 from 6:00 AM and conclude at 5:59 AM on January 8, 2020.
